We are seeking a IT Project Manager for a 18 months period.
As a Project Manager, you will be partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders, internal IT team and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, requirement study, overseeing design, development, testing, cutover, deployment, go-live and hyper-care.
- Understand the business requirements and convert them into SOW for external partners.
- Control of project scope, schedule and budget to ensure on-time delivery of agreed project deliverables within the approved budget.
- Ensure project is meeting major milestones and key dates throughout the whole project cycle.
- Engage business stakeholders, manage their expectations as well as the priority of tasks, able to drive your agenda without ruin the relationship.
- Work together with various internal IT Domains to overcome silos and mobilize resources across different IT functions, ensure the right people are available for the project at the right time.
- Manage the performance of external partners and vendors, motivate the external resources to deliver their best for the projects, ensure they deliver the committed deliverables before deadline.
- Mitigate project risks and push for issue resolution proactively, address issues sooner rather than later.
- Regular report out of project progress to business and IT stakeholders, effectively issue escalation when it is required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management or related field.
- Typically 6 to 8 years experience in the field related to the requirements of the role with completion of three full project cycles.
- Familiar with different IT project management methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile.
- General business process knowledge in Demand & Supply Planning, Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.
- Knowledge in Microsoft technologies (e.g. Azure, Power Platform, Sharepoint, Power BI etc.) and network architecture.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
- Project Management qualification will be value add (e.g. PMP, Scrum Master).
- Proactive and self-starter.
- Detail-oriented.
- Effective business stakeholder and vendor management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact with individuals located in various regions and time zones.
