Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 5–6 Years

Compensation: upto 15 LPA

Role Overview

A startup Company at Vashi is looking for a high-ownership Project / Delivery Manager who can drive end-to-end execution across multiple client and internal projects. You will be responsible for taking projects from requirement gathering → execution → deployment → support (AMC) while ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects

2. Manage cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Stakeholders)

3. Drive Agile/Scrum processes – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives

4. Ensure on-time delivery, quality control, and risk management

5. Act as the primary client interface for project updates and coordination

6. Handle post-deployment support (AMC) and continuous improvements

8. Track project progress, dependencies, and performance metrics

What We're Looking For

1. 5–6 years of experience in IT Project / Delivery Management

2. Strong experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously

3. Background in IT services / client-facing roles

4. Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies

5. Strong communication, stakeholder management & execution skills

6. Ability to work across different tech stacks & teams

Nice to Have

Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Enterprise Solutions

Exposure to ERP implementations

Experience with IoT / System Integrations / Data Platforms
