Job Description
Technical PM JD: (130 grade) 2 to 4 years of experience
Project Management Expertise
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Project Planning & Execution
Define scope, deliverables, and technical requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for flawless execution.
Prepare and publish metrics/KPIs
Risk & Change Management
Identify technical risks and create mitigation strategies.
Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
Technical Oversight
Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability.
Provide guidance on technologies, architecture, and integration
Having a basic knowledge of technologies like SQL, Python, or any cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various methodologies associated with it.
Quality Assurance
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and gaps
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Tool Proficiency
Familiarity with Jira, Client ALM, MS Project, or similar tools
Education
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
