What you'll do
- Own Product Requirements: Write clear, comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and well-defined acceptance criteria that engineering teams can act on effectively.
- Drive the Roadmap: Assist in defining, building, and executing the product roadmap by identifying problems, prioritizing opportunities, and shipping solutions that deliver meaningful value.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Act as the ultimate bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders. Manage agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups.
- Customer Research & Analytics: Track product metrics post-launch and conduct customer research (surveys, interviews, feedback) to translate insights into clear problem statements and product improvements.
- Manage Releases: Coordinate product launches, validate features during UAT, prepare release documentation, and ensure smooth feature rollouts.
What we are looking for
- Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on Product Management or Business Analyst experience (you understand the end-to-end product lifecycle, not just the theory).
- Process Knowledge: A solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Linear, or similar).
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate impact, and use structured frameworks.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; you can articulate complex technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders simply.
- Availability: You must be able to join our team immediately.
Bonus Points
- Prior background or transition from Software Engineering, QA, or UI/UX Design.
- Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.).
