* Coordinate day-to-day IT project operations across teams (internal & external)

* Work independently and with teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met

* Maintain and organize project documents using **Google Drive, Google Docs**

* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for ongoing or new project requirements

* Handle basic client or partner communication related to project execution or timelines

* Support in managing simple IT-related sales or onboarding processes

* Collaborate with technical, sales, and operations teams for smooth project flow

* Assist in creating status updates, task follow-ups, and action point trackers
