Predicta Analytics is seeking a seasoned IT Delivery & Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects, drive execution discipline, and ensure strong governance across engagements. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in IT service delivery, project management, and support operations, along with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring timelines, quality, scope, and budget are effectively managed
- Manage IT support and service delivery projects, ensuring responsiveness, service quality, and adherence to agreed SLAs
- Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, and track progress against agreed objectives
- Conduct daily stand-ups, status reviews, and regular stakeholder updates to ensure transparency and accountability
- Establish and maintain strong project governance frameworks, including reporting, escalation management, and decision tracking
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, technical, support, and external stakeholders
- Ensure effective resource planning and workload management across project and support teams
- Monitor project performance, delivery metrics, and service levels, and drive corrective actions where required
- Support continuous improvement in delivery processes, project management practices, and team collaboration
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations through regular communication and structured reporting
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery and project management
- Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale technology projects
- Hands-on experience in handling IT support projects and service delivery engagements
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
- Certification in widely used project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or similar
- Strong experience in project planning, execution, tracking, and status reporting
- Hands-on experience in conducting daily stand-ups and managing agile or hybrid delivery models
- Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, issue tracking, escalation handling, and service delivery management
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ITSM certification preferred
- Prior experience managing data analytics projects
- Experience overseeing full-stack development projects
- Familiarity with modern project tracking, ITSM, and collaboration tools
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
