We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Project Coordinator to lead and manage end-to-end software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire software lifecycle, from testing and team coordination to client communication, issue resolution, and final project delivery. This role is key to ensuring the smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction and coordinating with the client for the final billing after releasing the project.
Responsibilities
- Software Testing Oversight: Supervise and validate all testing phases to ensure the software meets required standards before release.
- Team Reporting: Collect and review progress reports from development and QA teams; ensure timely updates are shared with stakeholders.
- Project Release Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee the successful release of software projects.
- Client Issue Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for critical client issues; work with teams to resolve problems efficiently and professionally.
- Development Process Management: Monitor and guide the software development process, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Billing and Closure: Coordinate with finance and clients to process final billing after project release and closure.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT project management and software development life cycle.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team coordination.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle critical issues under pressure.
- Experience in preparing project documentation and billing coordination.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e. g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
