We are looking for an experienced IT Project Bidder who can generate web development, mobile app development, software, and digital marketing projects from online freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Bid on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PPH and similar platforms
- Understand client requirements and prepare winning proposals
- Communicate with international clients via chat/email/call
- Convert leads into confirmed IT projects
- Coordinate with the technical team for project details
- Maintain daily bidding and lead reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets

- LinkedIn (lead generation)
Required Skills:
- Experience in IT project bidding (Web, App, Digital Marketing)
- Strong proposal writing skills
- Good English communication
- Knowledge of technologies like:
- Website Development
- Mobile Apps (Android / iOS)
- Digital Marketing (SEO, Ads, SMO)
- Client negotiation & closing skills
Experience:
- 06 months (Freshers with bidding knowledge welcome)
- 15 years preferred
