IT Product Support

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder Certifications required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce/FinancialForce administration, including user management and data management.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce/FinancialForce configuration, including customizing objects, fields, and automating processes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the design, implementation, and ongoing support of the FinancialForce (Certinia) platform.
• Customize and configure FinancialForce (Certinia) to meet business needs, including the creation of custom objects, fields, and formulas.
• Maintain user access, security settings, and perform regular system audits to ensure system integrity.
• Provide training, documentation, and assistance to users on the functionality of FinancialForce (Certinia).
