Description
We are seeking experienced, target-driven IT Product Sales Executives to drive revenue growth by selling our in-house software products to enterprise and institutional clients across India.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end B2B sales of InfozIT's software products — CRM, HRMS, Education ERP, and Task Management solutions
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and inbound leads
• Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for prospective clients
• Understand client pain points and map appropriate software solutions accordingly
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
• Coordinate with product, implementation, and support teams for seamless client onboarding
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and update CRM with all client interactions
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B IT product or SaaS sales — mandatory
• Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with enterprise software sales processes and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused approach
Preferred Skills
• Prior experience selling CRM, HRMS, ERP, or workflow automation tools
• Exposure to institutional or enterprise client segments
• Experience handling product demos, pricing discussions, and proposals
