IT Procurement Analyst

Role: IT Procurement Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: Long Term

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Work Hours: 7:30pm to 3:30 am IST

Location: 100% Remote in India

We are seeking an IT Procurement Analyst to support purchase order management, vendor coordination, invoice resolution, and financial tracking activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with procurement processes, vendor management, purchase orders, accruals, and ERP systems such as SAP or Coupa.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders and requisitions
• Coordinate with vendors, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams
• Support invoice processing, accruals, and payment tracking
• Maintain procurement records and vendor documentation
• Manage time tracking for external resources
• Ensure procurement activities align with company policies and budgets

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement, vendor management, finance, or IT purchasing experience
• Experience with PO creation and procurement processes
• Understanding of accruals, CapEx, and OpEx
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Coupa
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
