Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
. Provides consultative advice within specific functional areas, working independently to analyze and address complex IT challenges while offering expert guidance to stakeholders.
. Evaluates and redesigns business processes, making informed proposals for process re-engineering and IT solutions that align with organizational goals and drive operational improvements through digital transformation and AI initiatves.
. Implements required IT solutions, and AI driven capabilities such as automation, analytics, intelligent workflows including thorough testing, comprehensive training for end-users, and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery.
. Leads the design of solutions that meet intricate business requirements, recognizing and addressing the impacts on inter-related systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
. Participates in scrum teams to realize end-to-end technology solutions, contributing to all phases of the development cycle and ensuring adherence to agile methodologies.
. Collaborates with DevOps teams to manage operational activities, including addressing incidents, managing Maintenance Event Coordination (MEC), Year-End Coordination (YEC), and handling service catalogues efficiently.
. Builds and maintains active networks with key contacts inside and outside the organization, staying abreast of new developments, insights, and best practices in the field to enhance organizational capabilities.
. Ensures all aspects of design, documentation, and SLA support are in compliance with industry standards, organizational guidelines, and regulatory requirements to uphold the integrity and reliability of IT solutions.
. Provides clear direction and guidance to scrum teams in designing end-to-end solutions, driving continuous improvements across standards, guidelines, and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
. Identifies and establishes monitoring for critical end-to-end business processes in collaboration with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Business Process Experts (BPEs), ensuring robust oversight and proactive issue resolution.

. Works under limited supervision and broad guidelines, regularly applying independent judgment on matters of significance to drive project success and compliance.

Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Solution Design and Architecture, DevOps Practices, IT Platforms Performance Optimization. Experience in designing and delivering scalable digital platforms, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions is highly preferred.

Minimum required Certification:
N/A

Preferred Education:
Specialisation or advanced learning in Cloud Computing, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Software Architecture.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in leading enterprise-scale full stack application development.
  • Experience in AI integration, automation, and intelligent workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile product teams and global delivery models.
  • Experience in Salesforce / CRM / CLM/ Digital platform ecosystems preferred.



Preferred Certification:

  • Lean Foundation Certification
  • Cloud Certifications (Amazon Web Services AWS / Microsoft Azure / Google GCP)
  • Scrum / Agile Certifications
  • Solution Architecture Certifications

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
