Key Skills:
IT Administration:
- Upgrade, install, configure, and maintain hardware and software to meet business objectives.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and administer IT infrastructure including servers, backups, and antivirus systems.
- Implement and maintain security protocols, policies, and access controls to prevent potential threats.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform diagnostic testing and debugging to optimize system performance.
- Develop and manage data backup, retrieval, and recovery procedures.
- Manage Microsoft Windows Servers including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and Office 365.
- Administer Azure subscriptions, Intune services, device compliance policies, patching, updates, and disaster recovery.
- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook and resolve email-related issues.
- Manage endpoint security solutions such as McAfee and Symantec EPO.
- Provide desktop, laptop, and end-user IT support including software installation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation and implement end-user feedback and error-reporting systems.
- Stay current with IT advancements, tools, and best practices.
Office Administration:
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails and correspondence, and greet visitors professionally.
- Coordinate and manage vendor activities.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure office equipment is functional.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records, files, reports, and presentations.
- Provide administrative and clerical support across departments, including data entry, filing, copying, and documentation.
Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Applicable professional qualification in IT or a related field.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proven experience in Microsoft platforms and tools
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple departments.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Knowledge of system security best practices and IT administration standards.
- Duties are flexible and can be updated according to organizational needs.
