IT Operations Specialist Regional & Global

We're looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join our India team and take on a hands-on role supporting day-to-day IT operations across India while collaborating with teams across the Philippines, LATAM, and other global locations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of technical troubleshooting, IT asset management, vendor coordination, and regional/global IT operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
• Provide day-to-day technical assistance to staff
• Deploy and maintain laptops, computers, and other IT equipment
• Support both Windows and macOS environments
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including deployment, retrieval, repairs, inventory, and secure disposal
• Maintain accurate hardware, software, license, and procurement records
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment, maintenance, and issue resolution
• Support equipment deliveries, collections, and inventory audits
• Provide remote technical assistance to teams across different global locations
• Support IT security best practices and contribute to regional and global IT initiatives

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Operations, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS
• Experience with IT asset and inventory management
• Exposure to procurement and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with remote connectivity and troubleshooting tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable coordinating with teams across multiple countries and time zones
