About the Role:

Support IT services delivered to users enabling the required operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet service level agreement commitments.
• Collect & Provide reporting applications health and usage metrics.
• Work with system/database administrators and application team to resolve issues.
• Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informat and ITIL Certified. ion Technology.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

• Working knowledge in Unix/Linux/Windows and Oracle /SQL Server. Good knowledge on investigating workflow, session logs for day to day analysis.
