About the Role:

L2 Level activities, responsible for 24/7 Build & Run activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the Technology s & ensuring corrective actions with L1 & L2 level of skill set. Installation of all the components and sub components.
• Configuration of devices and components.
• Troubleshooting of issues.
• Handling L1 & L2 Tickets.
• Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• Foundation / Intermediate Level- Microsoft, RHEL, IBM-AIX, Dell-EMC, Hitachi, EMC Networker, CISCO, Juniper, HPE, Oracle, VMware, F5,Radware,ITIL.
• Graduation with Computer & Electronics background.
• Bachelor in Computer science or B.E.

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

• Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, Ticketing tools.
