IT Manager – Headquarters
Experience: 8–10 years in IT Infrastructure, End-User Computing, or Corporate IT

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead end-user computing and corporate IT
operations at the headquarters. The role will focus on ensuring seamless IT support for
employees and leadership, managing collaboration technologies, maintaining IT assets and
software licensing, and driving operational excellence through a high-performing IT support
team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise end-user support,
collaboration platforms, hardware lifecycle management, and executive IT support.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & End-User Computing
Own and manage IT operations for the headquarters office, ensuring high availability
of end-user infrastructure.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows, macOS, and Linux
endpoints.
Ensure smooth functioning of laptops, peripherals, and corporate IT equipment.
Define and maintain IT support SLAs and operational processes.
Collaboration & Communication Platforms
Manage enterprise collaboration tools including Google Workspace (Gmail, user
management, access controls).
Ensure reliability of video conferencing solutions such as Zoom, Google Meet, and
conference room systems.
Support hybrid meetings, webinars, and live streaming setups including Zoom to
YouTube and other broadcast requirements.
Executive & Business Support
Provide high-touch IT support for CXO-level leadership and critical business
meetings.
Ensure IT readiness for board meetings, leadership sessions, and company-wide
events.
Hardware & Device Lifecycle Management
Manage the lifecycle of corporate IT assets including laptops, storage devices, and
peripherals.
Evaluate and test new hardware (laptops, SSDs, accessories) before organization-
wide deployment.
Maintain asset inventory, device allocation, and refresh planning.
Software & Licensing Management
Manage enterprise software licenses, renewals, and compliance.
Ensure proper tracking and optimization of software subscriptions and usage.
Corporate Events & Technology Enablement
Manage IT requirements for corporate events, town halls, and large meetings,
including:
o Video conferencing setup
o Audio/video equipment
o Live streaming and broadcasting.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of 6–7 IT engineers, ensuring effective support coverage and
service quality.
Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency within the IT
support function.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with hardware vendors, service providers, and internal teams for
procurement, support, and issue resolution.
Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and maintain strong stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoint support.
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
Experience managing enterprise video conferencing and AV solutions.
Strong understanding of IT asset management and software licensing.
Proven experience supporting senior leadership and executive environments.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with endpoint management tools (Jamf, Intune, MDM platforms).
Understanding of ITIL-based service management practices.
Exposure to enterprise AV systems and live event technology setups.
Leadership Scope
Manage a team of 6–7 IT support engineers.
Own HQ IT operations and user experience for corporate technology services.
