Job Function: IT Operations
Manages IT operations services such as helpdesk, systems, databases and/or applications. Ensures that best in class services are provided to the end users and that procedures are standardized and aligned with industry best practice and the IT Information Library framework through local IT teams or 3rd party service providers. Work within the Service Management guidelines for incident, problem, and change management. Partner with business leaders to obtain the business requirements and future business development plans and to translate them into IT solutions/services. May have any of the following responsibilities: aligns with the business area management in developing and implementing policies, standards and procedures for end user computing applications member of a team responsible for lifecycle of the IT service consults with business area management regarding application alternatives, security, software usage, capacity planning, training, recovery and backup procedures consults with a business area and IT management regarding the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of efficient and cost effective end user applications, systems, hardware and software packages, enterprise-wide network/systems and IT services evaluates, maintains, modifies and documents PC applications packages, participates in the testing and evaluation of new PC packages, implements prototypes, and consults with clients on selection of packages and equipment performs technical analysis of software, hardware, and transmission systems for voice communications identifies and resolves complex network problems utilizing structured troubleshooting methods, techniques and tools participates in the evaluation of vendor proposals and the benefits of changes in hardware, communications protocols, switching methods, access methods, and the procurement of software and equipment monitors systems operations, analyzes problems or malfunctions takes corrective action and coordinates corrective actions with system engineering or vendors provides technical support and training for a large complex infrastructure and services and all its components. Work is completed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.
Applications Analyst III
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator (Applications Analyst III) to manage, maintain, and optimize our enterprise server environments. You will be responsible for our diverse infrastructure spanning Red Hat Linux, Solaris, HP-UX systems. This role requires deep expertise in Unix/Linux administration, particularly with legacy and enterprise systems. If you excel at performance tuning, system hardening, infrastructure automation, and can troubleshoot complex technical issues independently, we encourage you to apply.
