Job Summary
We are looking for Open Text Consultant with 6+ years of experience and expertise in OpenText Exstream / StreamServe to design, build, and operate enterprise output management solutions.
This role combines architecture, development, and operational responsibilities, requiring active involvement in document template design, data processing, and output distribution, along with governance of service providers and global platforms.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement end-to-end output management solutions using OpenText Exstream / StreamServe for SAP solutions
- Actively develop and maintain document templates, workflows, and composition logic.
- Implement and support operations in OpenText Extstream/ Streamserve with core components
- Communications builder / Design Center for template design and layout development
- StoryTeller – document composition and business logic implementation
- Control Center – job scheduling, monitoring, and administration
- XMLIn / StreamIn – input data parsing and transformation
- XMLOut – output structuring and delivery
- Document Broker – job routing and orchestration
- Design and generate outputs in PDF, PCL,XML(e-invoice) and email . Configure and optimize multi-channel delivery mechanisms
- Work closely with SAP teams on SAP SmartForms, SAP Script and SAP Print Management
- Implement and troubleshoot data extraction and integration between SAP and Exstream using Dm sender
- Implement and manage document archiving using EASY Archive
- Manage and configure archive link in SAP
- Work closely with service providers and vendors on delivery and operations.
- C# program to get the pdf signed with Seal ( using digicert)
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (16.x) and/ StreamServe
- Expertise in:
- Communications Builder / Design Center
- StoryTeller – document composition and business logic implementation
- scripting and document logic
- XMLIn, StreamIn, XMLOut
- Control Center
- Ability to design and build complex document templates and layouts
- Hands-on experience generating and managing PDF, PCL, XML(e-invoicing) and Email outputs
- Working knowledge of SAP smartforms, SAP Script and SAP print management
- Strong experience with XML, data transformation, and structured formats , knowledge of EDI formats(Peppol, xRechnung)
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting using PowerShell & C#
- Experience with EASY Archive or similar solutions for document archiving
- Strong troubleshooting skills in document generation, formatting, and delivery issues

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or Business Management (or equivalent and related experience preferred).
Experience
