IT & Odoo Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Odoo Implementation Consultant with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end ERP implementations. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, configure Odoo modules, and ensure successful deployment and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client business requirements and map them to Odoo functionalities
• Lead end-to-end Odoo implementation projects including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Configure standard Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and HR
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations where required
• Conduct data migration, validation, and system testing
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system performance
• Act as a point of contact for clients during and after implementation
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Odoo implementation or ERP consulting
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules and business workflows
• Basic knowledge of Odoo technical aspects (Python, PostgreSQL) is an added advantage
• Experience in requirement gathering and client interaction
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple Odoo implementations across industries
• Familiarity with Odoo versions (Community/Enterprise)
• Understanding of business domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, or HR
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
