Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: India - Bangalore

Schedule: Night shift

Job Description:

Core IT Support & MSP Duties

  • Troubleshoot issues in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Manage backups (Veeam), EDR/MDR tools (Defender, Sophos), and RMM platforms
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding, MFA setup, permissions, patching, and scripting
  • Support network infrastructure: firewalls, VPNs, switches, Wi-Fi
  • Own your queue: resolve tickets efficiently and keep documentation clear and up to date

Specialized Projects

  • Perform Microsoft 365 migrations (mailboxes, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Assist with server upgrades, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and Azure deployments
  • Deploy security tools and assist with hardening initiatives
  • Handle procurement and rollout of workstations, firewalls, switches, and more
  • Standardize client environments and help push infrastructure to best practices

Qualification and requirements:

  • 4+ years in IT support, system administration, or MSP roles
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server/Desktop, and core networking
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting, RMM tools, and backup solutions
  • Strong sense of ownership you follow through and take pride in solving problems
  • Excellent client-facing communication (verbal and written)

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • 4+ years in IT support, system administration, or MSP roles
