Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Marketing Intern, located in Kochi. The IT Marketing Intern will assist in supporting IT operations, including network administration, troubleshooting, and network security. The intern will also collaborate with the marketing team to integrate IT solutions into marketing efforts and provide technical support to ensure efficient workflow and customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration, Network Security, and Information Technology operations
- Strong Troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Excellent Customer Service skills, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and system performance monitoring tools
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated with the latest IT and marketing trends
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
