Job Title: IT Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
IT Manager to lead and manage our IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, security, and scalability of IT systems while aligning technology initiatives with business goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of network, server, and IT infrastructure.
- Ensure IT infrastructure aligns with current and future business needs and organizational goals.
- Plan, manage, and control IT budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Evaluate IT risks and implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans.
- Assess, recommend, and procure new or replacement hardware and software solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and maintain security measures for networks, data, storage, and communication systems.
- Ensure compliance with information security standards and best practices (ISO 27001 knowledge preferred).
- Coordinate system installations, upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
Knowledge And Skills
- Strong experience with Linux-based desktops and server environments, including security implementation.
- Hands-on experience in network, server, and infrastructure management.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, supervise, and motivate IT staff.
- Experience managing IT projects, installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Solid understanding of IT security frameworks, risk management, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
