We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT management and a passion for technology, ensuring our IT operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the IT department and manage all IT operations.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance.
• Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and databases.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve system efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure the availability of IT services and provide support for end-users.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4-12 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations management.
• Experience with network administration and security.
• Familiarity with cloud computing services and virtualization.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
