Key Responsibilities of an IT Manager:
- Strategic Planning & Alignment:

- IT Operations Management:
- Oversee daily IT operations, including network management, server maintenance, end-user support, and software/hardware upgrades.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT staff, ensuring a high-performing team.
- Security & Compliance:
- Implement and maintain IT security policies, conduct security audits, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Project Management:
- Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
- Vendor Management:
