We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager who will be responsible for managing the companys complete IT infrastructure, CRM systems, security, and digital operations. The candidate should ensure smooth system performance, fast loading systems, zero downtime, and strong data security.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems).
- Oversee CRM systems (FlutterFlow / Supabase based or other platforms).
- Ensure fast loading speed, no glitches, and smooth system performance.
- Implement data security, backup systems, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Manage email systems, domain, hosting, and cloud infrastructure.
- Coordinate with developers for website, app, and internal software updates.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Monitor system performance and generate periodic IT reports.
- Ensure compliance with data protection standards.
- Train staff on CRM and internal software usage.
