About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned IT Manager to lead and oversee our organization's IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with strategic thinking, capable of managing IT infrastructure, applications, and teams while aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance and continuous skill development.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and enterprise applications.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize cost and performance.
- Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery planning, data backup, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technology requirements and deliver solutions that drive business growth.
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to improve processes and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Indian IT regulations, cybersecurity standards, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a mid-to-large scale organization.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance standards in India.
- Technical Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect Expert, CCNP, VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
- Industry / Management Certifications: CISSP, CISM, ITIL 4, PMP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, vendor negotiations, and IT contracts.
- Strong understanding of modern security practices, emerging threats, and proactive defense strategies.
