IT MANAGER – CAPITAL MARKETS TECHNOLOGY

Role Summary

Seeking a hands-on IT Manager with proven experience in stock broking/capital markets environments. Mandatory experience supporting live algorithmic trading systems, exchange connectivity, trading platforms, and DP systems. This is a specialized capital-markets technology role, not a general IT support position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support exchange connectivity and trading infrastructure (NSE, BSE, MCX).
• Provide technical support for dealer terminals, trading applications, and live algorithmic trading platforms.
• Troubleshoot trading-critical issues, order flow disruptions, connectivity, and system integration problems.
• Support DP/depository systems and integrations with trading and back-office applications.
• Ensure system availability, backups, disaster recovery readiness, and information security controls.
• Coordinate with exchanges, technology vendors, and service providers for upgrades, testing,

• IT/Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with OMS/RMS, FIX/API connectivity, exchange member infrastructure, and vendor-integrated trading platforms.
