Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Manager role based in Raipur. The IT Manager will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of ERP, CRM, and other software systems. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, managing software installation and customization, maintaining system integrity, and overseeing data security. The role also involves coordinating with various internal teams to ensure seamless software integration and providing technical support to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in ERP, CRM, and other software implementation and management
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and collaboration with diverse teams
• Experience in database management, system integration, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, data security protocols, and software testing processes
• Ability to lead teams, provide guidance, and manage resources effectively
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Prior experience in renewable energy or related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
