Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine evaluations of network and data security.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and update software and systems.
- Create and implement the organization's IT policies and best practice manuals.
- Perform routine system audits.
- Organize and set deadlines for major IT projects, including system updates, migrations, upgrades, and outages.
- Manage and report on IT budget allocation.
- Report directly to the Country Managing Director and dotted-line report to the CTO.
- Monitor KPIs and goals prepared and approved by the Country Managing Director.
- Perform ad-hoc IT tasks as required.
