IT Manager @Accessheathcare services

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Manager to lead our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise IT projects and a deep understanding of network, server, storage, cloud, and security technologies. This role is critical for developing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring security compliance, and optimizing performance for efficiency and scalability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team, including network, server, storage, cloud, and security engineers.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure strategy, standards, and roadmaps.
• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual server environments (Windows, Linux, etc.).
• Oversee LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN, SD-WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and optimize for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure security compliance, patch management, and system hardening.
• Collaborate with application and service desk teams for seamless operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and contract renewals.
• Develop and monitor infrastructure budgets.
• Participate in audits, risk assessments, and security policy enforcement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing enterprise IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VMware/Hyper-V, Microsoft Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Expertise with Cisco/Meraki/Fortinet or equivalent networking technologies.
• Familiarity with backup solutions like Veeam, Commvault.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service delivery models.
• Preferred Certification on CCNA or Cloud service.
• Excellent communication, team management, and vendor negotiation skills.
