Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination
  
  

oAssist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

oDevelop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and documentation.

oCoordinate communication between stakeholders, developers, and management.

oTrack project progress and prepare status reports.

• Technical Development
  
  

oDesign, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET, C#.

oWrite and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.

oCollaborate with developers to integrate front-end and back-end systems.

oConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

oSupport deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of applications.

• Collaboration & Support
  
  

oWork closely with business team to translate requirements into technical solutions.

oProvide technical guidance to junior developers.

oEnsure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols.

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong knowledge of .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
• Exposure to reporting tools like Power BI or SSRS.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance coordination tasks with hands-on development work.
