Job Description:

The opportunity:
Administration of the IT Training portfolio in Learning Management System (Cornerstone) and data maintenance in IT Maser People List in accordance with HiNext (Workday solution).

How you'll make an impact:

  • Responsible for the maintenance, accuracy and promotion of the IT Training Catalog (Training Plans, Courses, Certifications) in conjunction with internal service and technology owners, ensuring end users find an updated and valid catalog in LMS.

  • Maintain roles in LMS to ensure a satisfactory end user experience and to implement automatic curricula enrollments based on job/role/organization.

  • Creating trainings in MyLearning

  • Creating learner's groups in MyLearning

  • Enrolling of employees into trainings

  • Monitoring the status of the training completion

  • Supporting users with first line resolution of technical queries

  • Support completion of the mandatory trainings (e.g. follow up with employees/Line Managers on completion, campaign for ITIL foundation, or other relevant trainings)

  • Act as first point of contact for the IT community regarding all training related questions

  • Represent IT and support the LMS project team for any adjustments in the system (on-demand request)

  • Leverage internal communication channels to launch promotion campaign about the IT training curriculum

  • Follow applicable governance policy when implementing courses and training plans and work in close collaboration with Functions and other IT teams to understand requirements related to IT Training

  • Regular update of IT Master People List based on HI Next (HR Solution of Workday) and Learning Manage-ment system.

  • Build and maintain HR and LMS reporting to provide transparency on people management and development and compliance & controls.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

  • Professional degree with minimum 4-5 years experience in handling IT Trainings / Knowledge management.

  • Proven communication Skills , with fluency in English.

  • Experience with working with Excel , PowerBI , Knowledge in AI implementation for the working areas.

  • Ability to lead LMS across the IT organization.

  • Knowledge of Cornerstone.

  • Experience working with LMS platforms or learning operations.

  • Strong coordination skills across IT, HR, and business stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail and comfort working with data, roles, and reporting.

  • A service mindset with the ability to support users and drive followups.

  • Awareness of governance, compliance, and process discipline.
