The candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting IT sales opportunities from:

• Start-ups and technology companies
• Corporate offices
• Software companies
• SMEs
• Educational institutions
• Healthcare organizations
• Manufacturing companies
• BFSI & Fintech companies
• Co-working spaces
• Other commercial and enterprise customers

2. Product & Solution Knowledge

The candidate should have good working knowledge of IT hardware, software and networking products, including:

• Laptops & Desktops
• Apple MacBook, iMac, iPad and related products
• Monitors & Displays
• Printers & Peripherals
• Switches
• Wi-Fi Access Points
• Routers & Networking Products
• IT Accessories
• Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft solutions
• Adobe software and Creative Cloud solutions
• Antivirus / Endpoint Security
• Other enterprise software and IT infrastructure solutions

The candidate should be capable of understanding customer requirements and recommending the appropriate IT solution.
