Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling IT operations and IT service management for large manufacturing organization involving distributed IT infrastructure, deploy enterprise application, security operations and operationalize new digital interventions.
Identify and provide Digital solutions to key business challenges and drive tangible business value (volume or cost gains) Or increase productivity Or improve ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) and Safety practices
Work with business and technology teams (Internal development team, Business users and external partners) to outline digital solution and implementation plan
Qualify, prioritize critical KPIs / metrics that shall reflect gains due to digital intervention
Experience in Data center, Server and in-house application management, SAP application & technical landscape, Network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, MPLS, P2P, ILL, SD WAN etc.), Network & Firewall Security operations, End point computing devices, IDAM (Active Directory/ Google cloud identity), MDM/ MAM, Conference & collaboration systems, DR (Disaster recovery), Backup and storage solution and Cloud hosted application and infra operations etc.
Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA on Rise Cloud, DWC/ SAC, GRC, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors and other modules from the technology, deployment, and maintenance aspect. Any functional knowledge on any of the SAP modules will be added advantage.
Experience on cloud platforms and cloud services in Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud (GCP), Google Suite/ workspace of applications.
Implements, upholds, and updates the infrastructure roadmap. Develops target IT landscape (applications, infrastructure, data) and establishes standards for regional and enterprise applications including IT/OT convergence.
ITSM, ITIL certification preferred. Bring in ideas to automate IT processes and operations
