What we are looking for:

  • Handling Expert level of hands-on experience on SAP Roles &
  • access, SAP Security support issues.
  • Working as part of the SAP Support Desk team in a Contact Centre
  • setup.
  • Solving user queries and technical problems independently.
  • Supporting day-to-day issues related to finance transactions and
  • travel expenses.
  • Communicating clearly in English with users (spoken and written).
  • Creating and updating support documents and issue logs.
  • Willing to learn and support other SAP areas like user creation.
  • Meeting service level targets in a Service Desk environment.
  • Helping improves support processes and team efficiency.

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
