Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Endpoint Support Troubleshooting: Provide first-level technical support for internal teams, troubleshooting issues across Windows and Mac operating systems to ensure minimum downtime.
  • Security Patch Management: Assist in regular patch management processes and manage VPN configurations to ensure secure remote access for employees.
  • Access Management: Handle user account creation, permissions, and access revocation across various internal tools and systems, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols.
  • Inventory Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets, tracking assignments and managing procurement or repairs as needed.
  • System Protection: Monitor and manage anti-virus solutions to protect organizational assets from external threats.
  • Data Security: Assist in the management and monitoring of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions to safeguard sensitive company information.

Skills Qualifications

  • Operating Systems: Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
  • Networking Basics: Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, VPN) and troubleshooting.
  • Security Awareness: Basic understanding of data privacy, anti-virus management, and access control principles.
  • Technical Curiosity: Willingness to learn about patch management tools, DLP solutions, and enterprise security frameworks.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.
