We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Inside Sales representative specializing in laptops to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales, contributing to our growth in the competitive IT market.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in laptops or related technology products.
• Strong understanding of laptop specifications and technology trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
