IT - Infrastructure Projects Technical Consultant End User Productivity
Experience with ITIL processes, managed services, help desk systems and related activities including ability to troubleshoot alerts.
Mandatory:
- Minimum 10 years experience in the IT industry out of which 8 years in Technical Consulting
- Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline.
- Hands-on technical experience with leading infrastructure solutions from suppliers such as, but not limited to, Microsoft (Windows 10/O365), Apple iOS, Android clients and associated mobile enabling technologies from VMware, CA, Citrix and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure & AWS)
Solid experience within end user computing environments, such as
- Solutioning/implementation of Digital/Modern workspace
- Design and implement Mobile device management tools such VMware workspace one, endpoint manager.
- Good knowledge in client operating systems such as Apple OS's, Andriod and Windows
- Knowledge in application packaging and deployment for various mobile device platforms
- Experience in managing Apple devices
- Experience in design and implementation of Windows Auto pilot and Windows hello for business.
- Knowledge in Azure AD, SCCM, Federations services (Ping or AD
