IT Infrastructure Support Engineer (Fresher)

Automatic Infotech is hiring for the position of IT Infrastructure Support Engineer (Fresher) in Bibvewadi, Pune.

This is a full-time role suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience, and freshers are encouraged to apply. The joining date is immediate.

**Education Requirement:**

- BE/B.Tech in ENTC is mandatory.

- Candidates with a development profile are not eligible.

**Key Skills:**

- Good spoken and written English.

- Basic knowledge of Windows, Networking, or Cloud technologies is a plus.

- Interest in building a career in IT Infrastructure.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.

- Ready to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

- Provide technical support for IT infrastructure issues.

- Monitor and maintain servers, desktops, and network devices.

- Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.

- Support Windows, Cloud, Endpoint Management, and Security-related tasks.

- Respond to user requests and resolve issues within the given timelines (SLA).

- Keep proper records of issues and their solutions.

- Follow company policies, processes, and security guidelines.

- Learn new technologies and complete assigned technical training and certifications.
