Requirements
8+ years in IT infrastructure project management
5+ years in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing environments
End-to-end IT infrastructure setup for a new warehouse, covering network, security, systems integration, and operational technology; business-critical with strict timelines.
Migration of Global Distribution Center operations, including infrastructure decommissioning/recommissioning with minimal downtime.
IT infrastructure deployment with integration into existing corporate systems and security frameworks.
Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans across all projects
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and establish governance frameworks
Lead full lifecycle delivery (design implementation handover)
Manage procurement, installation, configuration, and compliance
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and facility stakeholders
Design scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure tailored for warehouse operations
Enable connectivity for WMS, material handling systems, and real-time monitoring
Ensure high availability, redundancy, and operational continuity
Act as primary liaison for leadership, operations, and project teams
Provide status updates, manage expectations, and drive collaboration
Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and manage escalations
Track KPIs and ensure project performance alignment
Select and manage vendors, contracts, and SLAs
Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and cost optimization
Oversee testing (system, UAT, performance) and validation
Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and company standards
Maintain end-to-end project documentation, including designs and as-built records
Support audits, compliance, and knowledge transfer
Proven delivery of large-scale and migration/relocation projects
