Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Network Administrator to manage office IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, network connectivity, security and end-user IT operations.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Windows administration, Active Directory, networking, firewall management and Microsoft 365.

Candidates must have practical, hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and network administration. Candidates with only basic helpdesk or theoretical networking knowledge may not be suitable.

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Network Administrator to manage office IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, network connectivity, security and end-user IT operations.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Windows administration, Active Directory, networking, firewall management and Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, servers and printers.
- Administer Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions and Group Policies.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and Exchange administration.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
- Manage firewall policies, VPN connectivity and endpoint security.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
- Handle IT asset inventory, procurement, allocation and licensing.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and access provisioning.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and maintain infrastructure documentation.
- Windows OS and Windows Server administration.
- Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi.
- Hands-on firewall and VPN experience.
- Microsoft 365 administration.
- Endpoint security and IT asset management.
- Strong practical troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or relevant IT certifications.
- Experience with Fortinet, Sophos, SonicWall or similar firewall solutions.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure in a corporate office environment.
