Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure department, including corporate offices, manufacturing plants, depots, and warehouses across India
  • Ensure high availability, compliance (21 CFR Part 11, GxP), cybersecurity, and scalability of IT systems aligned with pharmaceutical regulatory needs
  • Oversee SAP (ECC / S4 HANA), LIMS, QMS, DMS, CRM, MES (Werum, Rockwell, or similar) systems to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage hardware, networking, and data center operations, including servers, storage, backup & recovery solutions, telephony, workstation management, and related software
  • Bring innovation and implement IT upgrades to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Ensure effective IT support across all business functions, including monitoring, helpdesk support, and service management
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and provide IT solutions supporting pharma and API bulk drug operations

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or Computer Applications, or Master's degree in Information Technology
  • 1520 years of experience in handling IT functions in Pharma, API bulk drugs, or manufacturing companies
  • Strong experience with SAP (ECC / S4 HANA), LIMS, QMS, DMS, CRM, MES (Werum, Rockwell, or similar) systems
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of business processes across various functional areas in pharmaceutical and manufacturing environments
