IT Infrastructure Executive

You will be responsible for the entire Operation, support and maintenance of the Institute s IT
Infrastructure which will include Campus technical support as well as online website administration
of all HIAL platforms.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide hardware software solutions
2. Website Administration for all HIAL websites including HIAL website, Sheshyon website and Himalayan Farm stay website
3. IT infrastructure Process Improvement
4. On-site technical support for maintenance of IT infrastructure presence with no down time
5. Troubleshoot Technical software issues as an when necessary
6. Support and maintain IT infrastructure
7. Coordinate with all teams for IT related support.
8. Make data collecting forms and other related changes on website.
9. Attention to details needed for understanding the content and the way it needs to be uploaded on the website to maintain the brand value.
10. Shall be responsible for uploading correct and approved content on the website.11. Obtain necessary permits from authorities as and when required for setting up and
maintenance of the network.
12. Analyze and mitigate risks and inform the management about any issues in advance related to IT.
13. Ensure no down time of websites.
14. Maintain and update career page of the website for open vacancies in coordination with HR team.

Mandatory Background:
1. Degree in computer science or relevant equivalent qualification
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
