Overview

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, deploy, and maintain the core hardware, software, network, and cloud foundations that keep a company's technology systems running. Person should manage physical and virtual servers, enterprise storage, local/wide-area networks (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Deployment: Architect and implement scalable infrastructure blueprints, virtual machines (VMs), and container platforms. Should have a knowledge of Windows Active Directory and MS Office Administration.
• System Administration: Maintain operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), Active Directory, identity access management (IAM), and patching routines
• Network & Security: Oversee routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and data backup/disaster recovery procedures
• Automation & IaC: Write scripts (PowerShell, Python) and use Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform) to automate provisioning and deployments
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Build observability dashboards, analyse CPU/storage metrics, and provide Tier III incident support
• Vendor & Compliance Management: Partner with hardware/cloud vendors and enforce organizational security and data privacy policies. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.Required Technical Skills
• Networking & Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, and firewall configuration. Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
• Operating Systems: Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows Server.
• Cloud & Virtualization: AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, VMware, or Docker/Kubernetes.
• Monitoring and Analytics: Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field (preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years of demonstrable agency experience.
• Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, deadline ownership, and clear communication.
