It Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, network devices, firewalls, and storage systems
• Ensure high availability and performance of all IT infrastructure components (servers, storage, networks, etc.)
• Maintain and monitor network connectivity, including LAN, WAN, and VPN
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and secure operation of systems
• Provide technical support for infrastructure-related issues and incidents
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
• Manage system backups, disaster recovery processes, and data integrity
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance on servers, operating systems, and applications
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, access control, and data protection standards
• Prepare documentation for infrastructure setups, configurations, and procedures
• Assist in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling based on business needs
• Conduct infrastructure performance monitoring and optimize systems for improved efficiency
• Support the deployment of new technologies and tools across the infrastructure
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware and software procurement and support
• Participate in on-call support for critical system issues as part of the IT support team
