Job Purpose
The IT Infrastructure & Cloud Lead will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of IT infrastructure, cloud operations, networking, security, backup, and customer deployments for SIOCORE. This role ensures secure, scalable, and highly available IT services for internal platforms and external clients across the jewelry industry.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Networking
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks
- Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls (FortiGate / Sophos / Cisco or equivalent)
- Set up and manage Site-to-Site and Client VPNs
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security
- Coordinate with ISPs and service providers
- Maintain network documentation, IP plans, and SOPs
Cloud & Server Management
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure.
- Manage VMs, storage, virtual networks, and security groups
- Administer Windows/Linux servers, AD, DNS, and DHCP
- Handle on-prem to cloud migrations
- Monitor performance, uptime, and cloud cost optimization
Security & Firewall Management
- Implement firewall policies and network security controls
- Manage IAM, RBAC, MFA, and VPN security
- Perform basic vulnerability assessments and system hardening
- Monitor logs and respond to security incidents
Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Design and implement backup and DR strategies
- Manage backup tools (Azure Backup, Veeam, Acronis, etc.)
- Define RPO/RTO and conduct DR drills
RFID & Hardware Integration
- Coordinate RFID hardware integration with ERP systems
- Ensure network readiness for RFID devices
- Coordinate with hardware vendors for testing and troubleshooting
Client Deployment & Support
- Lead infrastructure deployment and go-live activities
- Provide L2/L3 support and manage escalations
- Support customer audits and technical discussions
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain architecture diagrams and SOPs
- Prepare uptime, incident, and health reports
- Recommend infrastructure improvements and scalability plans
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 58 years in IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Cloud Operations
Core Skills: Networking, Cloud, Servers, Security, Backup & DR
Preferred Certifications: CCNA / Network+, Azure Administrator, Fortinet NSE
Soft Skills
