Job Heading

We are looking for a passionate fresher graduate individual, having any background, learning through apprenticeship program and basic knowledge in helpdesk, Active Directory management and networking.

Other Roles and Responsibilities

• MCSE, CCNA, or similar certifications desirable.
• Interested in IT documentations.
• Passionate about helpdesk, Active Directory management, unlocking applications.
• Ability to work within customer focused team
• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through sharing best practices and direct resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and train others.
• Should be flexible to work in an operational environment, rotational shifts and on-call schedule.
• Other general responsibilities as instructed by management.

Experience:- fresher or done internship in IT helpdesk activity can apply

Recent IT graduates / Post graduates Fresher staying in or near Chennai under 20 kilometres are encouraged to apply.

Preferred candidate from nearby Chennai Perungudi World Trade Center under 20 kilometers .
