IT Head-Retail Software Operations & Technology

We are looking for an experienced and professional IT Head to manage, supervise, and optimize our retail software systems and overall IT operations. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, capable of handling software-related challenges efficiently, and able to ensure smooth day-to-day retail business operations through effective technology management.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage and maintain the company's retail software and IT infrastructure.

·      Ensure smooth functioning of billing, inventory, POS, ERP, and other retail management systems

·      Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues promptly.

·      Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for upgrades, support, and maintenance

·      Monitor system performance, data security, backups, and user access controls

·      Train staff on proper software usage and resolve operational issues.

·      Generate and analyse reports to improve operational efficiency

·      Implement new technology solutions to enhance retail business performance.

·      Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of technical problems.

·      Lead and supervise the IT team and support staff

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

·      Proven experience in handling retail software, POS systems, ERP, and IT operations

·      Strong knowledge of networking, databases, software troubleshooting, and system administration

·      Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently

·      Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

·      Experience in retail industry IT management will be preferred
