We are seeking an experienced IT Head to lead our technology initiatives in our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency through technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's manufacturing goals.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Lead and mentor the IT team to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve manufacturing processes.
Digital Transformation & Automation
- Lead automation initiatives across:
- Production & packing
- Quality & compliance tracking
- HR performance systems (TPR, Culture Score, PMS)
- Finance & cost control
- Drive paperless, workflow-based systems
- Implement AI/ML tools for decision support (where applicable)
Cross-Functional Integration
- Act as technology partner to:
- Manufacturing
- Quality & Compliance
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Sales (Domestic & Export)
- HR & Finance
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Support leadership with real-time, decision-ready data

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and supply chain management software.
- Proficiency in network infrastructure design and management.
- Experience with cybersecurity protocols and data protection policies.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualized environments.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
